**About the role**:
You will be competent in operating on a variety of sites across the country in various sectors from frozen food and or pharmaceutical production to construction. You will also ensure that installation processes are completed with regard to the highest levels of Health, Safety and quality at all times, also ensuring that all targets and objectives are achieved, whilst maintaining the Company’s reputation for the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.

**Responsibilities of a Panel Installation Operative include**:

- Accurately install composite insulated panels systems,
- Work as part of a team,
- Demonstrate safe use machinery and hand tools,
- Meeting all requirements in terms of quality, quantity, cost, and safety, whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction,
- Ensure the Company’s Health and Safety standards are maintained at all times,
- Undertake additional training as requested by the Company and become competent in as many areas as the company requires.

**Skills and Experience required of our General Production Operative**:
It is preferred that you have previous experience of working in the industry, however it would also be appropriate and beneficial to have joinery or external cladding installation experience if you are from outside our industry and are seeking a challenging and rewarding change of direction.

Preferred CSCS, PASMA, IPAF, however suitable training will be provided.

Rate £10-15 per hour depending on experience.
