Facades Site Manager

£40k-£45k+package

My client is a leading developer contractor that, due to a number of large projects wins they are looking for a Facades Site Manager. The Facades Site manager they are looking for will ideally have worked for a main building contractor or developer. My clienthas several multi-million-pound large residential high-rise schemes, that they are looking to strengthen their Site management teams on.

As Facades Manager you will have previously worked ideally with Brick Slip and Alumasc cladding. Part of the Site management team delivering any schemes over 10million. As a Facades Site manager, you will be responsible to manage site teams of trades oflabour on large fast-moving projects. Ensuring all site activity specifically for the Facades and cladding is running programme and planning.

With a proven track record of successful delivery, projects finishing to time and to budget. You will have experience of managing subcontract packages.

The scheme in mind is around £48 million, a large scheme to deliver which need organisation and man management expertise. This role is ideally suited to a Site Manager looking to make that progressive step into site management, being given a large elementof project responsibility.

A valid CSCS Card

A valid SMSTS Card

First Aid
