We are looking to expand our team Consultants & Senior Consultants please get in touch

Here at Holden Knight, we recruit for and supply staff to several services. We supply support workers, healthcare assistants, nurses, and crisis intervention workers, at senior level. We work closely with the local authorities and provide services to nationwide care homes, residential homes, and day centres, as well as educational settings. We provide support for the elderly, children, and young people with a variety of needs ranging from dementia, learning disabilities, autism, mental health issues and provide prevention strategies and packages for those at risk of exploitation or harm.

At Holden Knight, we supply healthcare staff to the private sector, and we're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated recruitment consultant to join our fun, bubbly team. Relationships are already made with excellent clients which will need managing by an industry expert, as well as new relationships being made with new clients and staff at the highest standards being provided.

The office is spacious, modern with good local amenities and is dog friendly

You will be initiative-taking and professional with effective communication skills and the ability to confidently communicate with clients at all levels from managers to directors and be able to eventually manage your own team.

You will be career focused with drive, and determination and be looking at this opportunity as a long-term opportunity

We have a team of very dedicated, valuable staff who we would love to provide permanent placements for, with the help of you this will be achievable. Giving both service users and staff confidence in permanent, consistent staff. Our team put our clients, staff, and service users at the heart of everything we do.
