In our UK base, we fulfil our mission by providing unparalleled on-time, in-night deliveries through eight strategically located distribution centres, a network of over 30,000 proprietary SmartLockers, and a reliable network of third party delivery services. **The Position**
To provide administrative support for the warehouse and assist with customer triage and flashing of parts. To be the go-to person for any customer queries, dealing with escalations and / or special requests whilst working closely with the customer.
**The Person**
Methodical and organised with a high level of productivity. IT literate and a clear communicator both verbal and written. Proactive approach to responding to customer needs and requirement with an ability to prioritise workload.
Sound working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook, previous experience of triage and configuration with a good level of English spelling and grammar.
Adaptable and flexible approach to working who works well as part of a team. Calm under pressure with a ‘can do’.
