**What we are looking for**
- Supervisory experience in a fast-paced customer facing environment
- Have knowledge of ticketing systems and tills in a high-volume environment
- An experienced leader of people (along with all that goes with that, such as recruitment, coaching and performance management)
- Responsible, confident, and full of initiative

In this full-time, permanent role, working any 5 days out of 7, you’ll report to the General Manager, taking the lead of our admissions & golf department. You and your team will be the first impression our guests receive when they arrive, so you’ll inspire a culture of amazing customer service, big smiles, and a great welcome.

Our attraction gets busy, so you’ll be managing a high volume of guests, till operations, the set up and maintenance of the ticketing system, cash handling procedures, front of house presentation and cleanliness, queue management and guest flow, street promotion, school bookings, annual pass promotion and sales and budget management.

Alongside working closely with the Operations Manager and Marketing lead to continually monitor and report on visitor feedback, you’ll spend a high percentage of time within the admissions & golf areas. Being close to the visitor experience, identifying problems and areas for enhancement, taking necessary action to always improve the experience.
