**Assistant Store Manager | Cranleigh | £30-31,000**

Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment is currently recruiting for an ambitious AssistantManager for a retailer who are successful, ambitious and expanding. We want to recruit an Assistant Manager who can be fast tracked to be a Store Manager and then keep movingonwards and upwards.

To be our clients new Assistant Manager, you will be a motivated to be a Store Manager either again or as a first appointment. We want a retailer who is hands-on, shop floor based, commercial and a result driven retail manager who has a passion for coachingand developing teams, combined with a passion for delivering a brilliant service.

You will need your own transport to travel to our clients' stores, in addition we want a proven Store Manager who can support other stores across the area when required so a flexible approach is a must.

**As an Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include the following**:

- Driving customer service standards in your store.
- Increase sales in store and ensuring site profitability.
- Training, coaching and developing your team.
- Maintain company and brand standards are maintained as well as adhering to H&S guidelines.
- Achieving store and company KPI's.
- Profit protection and stock management
- Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis.

In reward for your hard work, you will receive a basic salary circa £30,000-£30,500 plus benefits, which is reviewed throughout your career. Please note, due to locations and working hours you will need your own transport. This is essential.
