**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
The Three Chimneys Smokehouse and Grill is located in The Jubilee Hotel. Dining here is all about the experience; the atmosphere, the aromas and above all, the mouth-watering flavours. Our house Rubs are treated to our secret recipe and cooked low and slow in our smoking ovens. We serve fresh local produce, and a good selection of beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks. We are also very popular for our scrumptious Sunday Carvery.

Day to day duties consist off
- Washing up.
- Keeping the kitchen clean.
- Helping to run kitchen operations under the guidance of the Head Chef.
- Completing Daily Compliance and Health and Safety Checklists.
- Assisting with food preparation under the guidance of the Head Chef.
- Kind and respectful with a Positive attitude.
- Wanting to engage with Management and our team to strive for new ways to innovate or grow.
- Eager to learn.
- Attentive to our customers needs and to giving good food presentation.
- Has a good memory.
- Reliable and Trustworthy.
- Service Orientated.
- Can stay calm during busy demand periods.

- Able to follow all Health and Hygiene regulations as well as adhering to Covid-19 Regulations as part of the Governments latest guidelines and requirements.

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

A Driving License is a plus.
