A dynamic & rapidly growing insurance group looking for a new member of staff to work in the Sport and Leisure Team

Pulse Insurance Limited are about to celebrate our 25th Birthday and have offices in London, Norwich, Brackley & Brussels

We are a growing insurance broker with a supportive and enthusiastic team with a real mix of ages and backgrounds to reflect our diverse customer base. We are looking for someone who will be able to support the existing workload while also having the opportunity to develop areas of the business that are of particular interest. We currently work with a large number sports associations, clubs and coaching companies based in the UK.

- Trustworthy
- Minimum Maths & English GCSE’s, higher level qualifications preferred
- Experience of Insurance industry or financial services preferred but not essential

The Job Role:

- Working in our Central Norwich Office.
- The role is Monday to Friday - 9-5.30. Once training is completed the role can include some home working with most staff choosing to work from home 2 days per week.
- Ability to communicate with both clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Liaise effectively within the Pulse family and externally with Insurers & Clients.
- Good attention to detail and a desire to accurately produce quotations & policy documents.
- A willingness to help Clients secure the correct insurance cover for their demands & needs.
- Confidence to deal with difficult situations and to know when to seek guidance from colleagues.
- Good team working skills and ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Desire to gain full understanding of products and processes and complete CPD (Continuous Professional Development) & also Insurance Qualifications

**Start date**:ASAP

**Probationary Period**: 6 Months

**Holiday**: 25 days per year

**Notice**: 1 month during the probation period then 3 months

**Training**: Company provided training, support for CII and/or other
relevant qualifications

15 hours CPD required per year

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
