**Your duties will include**:

- Leading shifts from the front
- Motivating and helping junior team members
- Assisting the management team
- Opens and closes
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Explaining the menu and offering recommendations

Being aware of any possible food allergy issues
- Excellent customer service
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints in a calm and effective manner
- Serving food
- Bussing tables
- Helping with general cleaning

- Flexible and open to learning new things
- Hard working & efficient
- Have great interpersonal skills
- Show real passion for the industry & an interest in the cuisine we serve
- The ability to self-manage at busy times & be proactive in approach
- Most importantly, be a happy go-lucky character whose glass is half full

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £11.75 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
