Main responsibilities will include:

- Cleaning and final inspection of varied home contents and customers goods.
- Ensuring goods are cleaned to a high standard and meet customer expectations.
- Wrapping each item appropriately to prevent damage during vehicle transport.
- Driving a company vehicle to attend customers’ homes to remove or return their contents.
- Carrying out general logistics tasks.
- Managing the flow of incoming customer goods within the warehouse and into the storage facility as required, ensuring that the available space volume is maximised, and the app-based storage occupancy log is kept in order (training and strategy will be explained). Periodic manual inventory checks of the storage system to look for log errors.
- Being flexible within the depot and assisting in soft contents or any other department (within your skill set) when they require additional staff to meet deadlines, or your department is quiet.
- Assisting with things such as hire equipment cleaning and preparation. Accepting and stowing goods deliveries, maintaining a tidy warehouse and ergonomic work environment.
- Basic warehouse maintenance duties not out with your skill set i.e., handyman duties, periodic cleaning (non-labouring).

Skills/Experience requirements:

- 2+ years experience is required.
- Full, clean driving licence is essential.
- Being organised and able to prioritise jobs.
- Being able to carry out basic data input on to a laptop / tablet.
- A good knowledge of goods handling and packing procedures is essential.
- Attention to detail and accuracy with tasks and quality standards.
- Being able to complete tasks within agreed timescales

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Warehouse and logistics: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
