We are looking for a Part-Time fully flexible Barista/Team Member in our Cardiff Bay Containers store for weekend shifts. The store is currently going through extension and interior re-design and only open on weekends, but from February half term more hours will become available and will gradually increase to 30hrs/week from around March.

If you are a highly efficient, passionate and engaging, quick-thinking individual, we want to hear from you

You will be working with our speciality coffee beans and will be provided with the training necessary to make exceptional cups of coffee. You will also be maintaining cleanliness across the shop floor and most importantly have fun at work and support your team to do the same.

This is a role where you will definitely need common sense, barista experience and exceptional communication skills. You will be required to meet, greet and seat customers and ensure our high standards of customer service are continually met.

A strong background within the industry is necessary with previous Barista and waitressing experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to progress their skills and experience within hospitality, working within a reputable Welsh Company in a breath-taking location.
