**Great benefits**:
£40,000-50,000

Flexible work - choose a working setup that works for you, our only ask is to see you once a month in the office and you must be based in the UK or Ireland. With this position there could also be travel to customer sites (expensed).

**Global Consultant - Role Overview**:
Our Global Consulting practice manages a portfolio of multinational customers, providing them with Employee Benefit solutions for their global and globally mobile workforce. Working with the Global team, you will ensure that we use our digital technology to help our customers to succeed and grow.

You will also work closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams when they need support with Global Benefits knowledge in pre sales, implementation, renewals and upsell opportunities.

**Responsibilities**
- You will develop the employee benefit strategy for your customers.
- You will provide a market review and recommendation of appropriate solutions for services where we provide direct broking, e.g. International PMI.
- Where we are not appointed directly, in other jurisdictions, you will liaise with our partners and the customer to ensure continuity of cover.
- There’s all the standard renewal work that is required for each customer plus the ad hoc requests and customer queries to keep you on your toes
- And, alongside all of that, you will maximise and introduce new opportunities to help achieve the Global Benefits business plan.

**What are we looking for?**
- Proven experience (2 years+) of **Employee Benefits consulting **with **corporate **customers, ideally experience working with **global/international customers**:

- **Excellent customer facing skills.** Acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs, offer advice, and help them find the best solution for what they need.
- **Excellent communication and presentation skills**. Ability to create compelling reports/presentations, story tell and engage audiences.
- **Organisation skills.** This is a demanding, varied role. You need to be able to prioritise your workload and organise your day effectively.
- **Adaptability**. Someone comfortable with changing customer needs and requirements where no two days are the same.
