**About Us**:
Protec Baths is a dedicated family business that specializes in creating high-quality assisted baths for the care sector.
Having started in 2022, we are growing rapidly and are looking for team members that will be able to bring value to the business and help it grow.
Although a start-up, we have the backing of a larger sister company, and if we feel you are the right fit, there are progression opportunities as the business grows.
As we continue to grow and evolve, we are initially seeking a dynamic Part-Time Project & Production Support person to join our team.

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for an individual who can initially commit to part-time work, approximately 3 days a week, with the potential to transition into a full-time role as the company expands. The primary focus will be on Projects and Production Support. Competitive Salary in line with skill set, with further progression as the company grows.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working together with management and production.
- Liaising with suppliers to order materials and ensure timely deliveries.
- Collaborating with the production team to schedule projects and maintain lead times.
- Coordinating with subcontractors for installations, call-outs, and other visits.
- Managing transportation bookings.
- Occasionally communicating with clients as needed.
- Overseeing project management and updating the project management system.
- Providing practical hands-on support in production when there are busier spells.
- Visiting suppliers for material pick-up and drop-off when required.

**Work Hours**:
The standard working hours are from 08:30 to 16:30.

**Location**:

- Proficient in using IT and electronic project management systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Flexible and able to adapt to the changing environment of a start-up business.
- A team player willing to assist colleagues and contribute to various tasks.
- Practical knowledge
- Ability to conduct fault finding and contribute ideas for product and build process improvements
