- **We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a fast growing global Pet Accessories brand**_**, for a Sales and Service Associate**_**, a role that is available on a full time.**_
- **This is a permanent role with a salary range of £25,000 - £3,000**_
- **Job Description**_
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a friendly and professional manner
- Promote and sell our products or services to potential and existing customers, using product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team and relay important customer feedback to improve our products or services
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, services, pricing, and promotions to customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction, as well as to gather feedback and make recommendations for improvements
- Actively participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Maintain accurate and organized customer records, including contact details, interactions, and sales transactions

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in operating computer systems, and navigating the internet effectively
- Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
