Purpose of the role:
Developing operational plans for client services based on financial and non-financial objectives and ensuring that the plans are carried out effectively. Designing and developing services strategies for diversified clients and overseeing their implementation. Assessing services currently delivered and various clients' needs in order to explore business opportunities. Monitoring the services processes to ensure staff activities are in compliance with local regulations.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- To be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient relationship management of Clients.
- To ensure that full preparation is undertaken before all client contact.
- To be accountable for all the specific Client Management activities within a designated client base.
- To develop and maintain effective working relationships with all relevant stakeholders and suppliers.
- To manage internal relationships across Capita Enforcement, working with colleagues to improve client satisfaction.
- To explore and identify sales opportunities with existing and prospect clients.
- To undertake statistical analysis to support resource utilisation and decision making.
- Support new sales opportunities and management of bids for/with Marketing and Sales.
- Uses negotiation skills and change control process to agree changes to scope, deliverables, resources costs and timescales for client requirements.
- Co-ordinates the work of all departments that deal directly or indirectly with clients.
- To work closely with client-facing staff to explain the needs of the client and motivate them to provide the highest standards of service.
- Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous experience in an enforcement environment (desirable)
- Credible in personal and professional demeanour commanding the confidence of clients, customers, colleagues, external partners, and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Enforcement market in relation to client requirements and the current and future issues to be faced.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Able to analyse complex data and reach logical conclusions.
- Skills in negotiation, persuasion and assurance.
- Relationship building skills.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Proven ability to present complex information in an easily understandable way; communicating avoiding unnecessary jargon.
