Accounts Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage customer accounts and ensure accuracy of customer data.
- Process customer orders and payments in a timely manner.
- Provide customer service support to clients.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide support to the sales team in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
