Adecco have an exciting opportunity for a Late Shift Coordinator to join our highly sought after and prestigious account based in Petersfield. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and positive person to join our team and provide a proficientand high-quality service to our client, through assisting the onsite Contract Consultant with recruiting, pay roll and general administrative duties.
- Late Shift Coordinator Salary: £25,000 per annum plus 5% company bonus
- Permanent role with Adecco
- Monday - Friday
- Hours: 11am - 7pm

**_Role and responsibilities:_**
- As a Shift Coordinator, you will assist the consultant with delivering account business plans for the client in line with specific objectives
- Shop floor presence to build relationships with the contractors.
- Input hours for payroll onto payroll system
- Running weekly pay roll for all temporary workers including holiday, sick pay and maternity/paternity pay forms
- Responsible for all onboarding of all new temporary workers, this includes right to work checks and issuing new starter paperwork
- Assisting temporary workers with any general queries or issues
- Schedule any training for our workers

**_Key Skills:_**
- Proven experience within a similar role, including administration, recruitment sourcing and coordination
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent relationship building skills with both internal and external workers
- Time management, prioritisation skills and the ability to work to deadlines
- Good knowledge of MS office packages and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Knowledge of HR procedures and Right to Work policies
- Strong administration and payroll experience desirable.
