**What does the job involve?**

A typical working day could include:

- Providing a bookkeeping service for a wide range of clients including sales, purchase and nominal ledger maintenance/processing
- Bank reconciliations
- VAT return preparation
- Advising clients on the use of accounting software
- Communicating with clients and managing their queries
- Preparing reports for clients

**What do you need to bring to the table?**

Ideally we would like you to have:

- experience of managing ledgers and preparing reconciliations
- significant experience of using accounting software
- customer service experience and the ability to develop strong working relationships with clients
- the ability to work unaided to strict deadlines

Although not essential holding an AAT qualification would be advantageous.
