**JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are looking for and individual who will champion a culture of best practice in monitoring across the group. Working collaboratively with operations and development teams to automate resolution and reduce false alerts.

This role is available on a hybrid basis, with 2 days a week in our Shirebrook HQ

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Understanding and experience of different monitoring technologies
- Managing Pagerduty, including orchestrations and integrations
- Integrating operating systems into ITSM platforms
- Automating manual process and driving efficiencies
- Data analysis skills, facilitating root cause analysis and problem management
- Scripting skills eg PowerShell

**Desirable Skills**:

- Logicmonitor, Solarwinds, Honeycomb, Sentinel and PRTG.
- Agile ways of working
- ITIL framework.
- Cloud environments (Azure), infrastructure automation tools and security
- Working in DevOps teams
