Yard Operative

This is a great opportunity for an experienced **Yard Operative to ** join a reputable civil engineering company looking to expand their team to assist with ongoing Civil Schemes in Mansfield.

Your role as **Yard Operative** will combine varying tasks, based in the yard maintaining and managing this area. A key part to the running of all schemes.

**Key responsibilities for this Yard Operative role**:

- Accept and Sign for deliveries, GNR tickets on system
- Using the telehandler to load & offload materials
- Ensure materials are moved safely & Maintain storage bays
- Stock Monitoring and ordering
- Liaising with sub-contractors to ensure materials are stored correctly

**Experience required for this Yard Operative role**:

- Excellent Communication Skills
- Understanding of Excel
- Stock Control/Management
- Valid Driving License - (Including Towing-Forklift)
- Telehandler experience or CPSC/NPORS certification#
