**Role Overview**:
Edinburgh Dental is a well-established, reputable, patient-focused dental practice dedicated to providing the highest standards of care as part of an overall outstanding patient experience. We provide a wide range of dental treatments, including dental implants and oral surgery and we pride ourselves on our professional and compassionate approach to patient care.

We are seeking an experienced Qualified Dental Nurse to join our team in a dual role encompassing both dental implant nursing and treatment coordination. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about dental care and providing a great experience for each and every patient, to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

This is a hybrid role which involves both working from home and in the clinic to provide patient centric care. The successful applicant will be working closely alongside our clinical director, Dr Ferhan Ahmed and his team of dental implant surgeons to provide the best possible patient experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assessing patients for dental implant treatment suitability and educating patients on dental implant procedures.
- Assisting the implant surgeon during dental implant procedures, ensuring a high standard of chairside support.
- Coordinate treatment plans and appointments, liaising with patients and dental professionals to ensure seamless patient journeys.
- Providing patients with information on financing options and payment plans.
- Providing exceptional customer service, addressing patient queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks related to planned dental treatments.
- Assisting in managing patient expectations and ensuring a smooth-running patient journey.
- **Qualified Dental Nurse**: Registered with the GDC
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of chairside assisting during dental implant procedures.
- **Customer Service Focused**: Dedicated to providing a world class patient experience.
- **Knowledgeable**: Strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology.
- **Outstanding Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate effectively with patients, team members, and other healthcare professionals.
- **Attention to Detail**: Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- **Problem Solving Skills**: Ability to anticipate or identify issues and implement effective solutions.
