**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an organised and proactive Compliance team administrator to provide crucial support to our Compliance Department. This role will play an integral part in assisting the Compliance Manager in various tasks, including policy development, processing appeals and reasonable adjustment requests, and handling complaints.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Compliance Manager in the development, review, and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Process and manage appeals, reasonable adjustment requests, and complaints in accordance with established protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of appeals, requests, and complaints, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and documentation required for appeals and requests.
- Respond to inquiries and provide guidance to stakeholders regarding appeal, request, and complaint processes.
- Participate in meetings related to policy development, compliance initiatives, and process improvement.
- Assist in conducting research to stay informed about regulatory changes and compliance best practices.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to compliance matters.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the Compliance Manager, summarizing appeals, requests, and complaints data.
- Contribute to the enhancement of compliance processes and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Support the Compliance Manager in the preparation of compliance-related documentation for audits and reviews.
- Assist in the analysis of data to identify trends and insights related to appeals, requests, and complaints.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure effective support across compliance initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- No formal qualifications are required, however qualifications related to quality management, risk management, compliance or education are desirable
- 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably with exposure to compliance or policy-related tasks.
- Willingness to develop professionally in relation to Ofqual conditions of recognition, Risk management, business continuity and ISO Quality Standards.

**Salary**: £20,475.00-£26,325.00 per year
