**Reporting to**:Operations Manager
**About the role.**
Imex Furniture is a rapidly growing furniture company and is now hiring for an operations administrator, in this role you will work closely with the operations team and customer service to ensure accurate delivery of orders and processes across the operation.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding company with a growing team.
T**asks**
- Assisting in day-to-day processing of orders from platforms onto our WMS system.
- Uploading required information for courier collection & deliveries.
- Downloading picking / dispatch documents and collating for the warehouse team.
- Arranging collections with couriers and ensuring correct items go with the correct couriers.
- Marking Orders as dispatched after picking has been completed.
- Ensure platforms are kept correctly stocked.
- Working with the operations team to remove any out-of-stock items from platforms.
- Helping to keep cloud-based data & spreadsheets up to date.
- Generating KPI information.
- Support with other clerical needs of a similar nature as and when required.
- Assist supporting the customer service team during peak periods and holidays..
- Proficient in all MS office programs and the MS environment.
- Proficient in Excel.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Reliable and good time keeping required.
- Experience of working within a continuous improvement environment.
- Experience of working with a WMS system is desirable.
- Able to relocate or travel to Royal Wootton Basset.
