**Internal Sales Executive - Hedge End - Salary - £27,000-£29,000 plus bonus - Monday to Friday - full time hours**

We are supporting a hugely successful and friendly medium size business based in Hedge End who due to an increase in workload are looking for an internal sales executive.

They pride themselves on having a team focused work environment and their people are at the heart of everything they. Their dedicated and experienced team are consistently able to deliver an exceptional service to their clients which is why they have anoutstanding reputation within their industry.

**Duties include**
- Answering incoming phone calls, and handling enquiries professionally.
- Developing rapport and relationships with clients and building the brand into trusted-advisor status.
- Translating client requirements to supply stock lines wherever possible.
- Working with others in Internal team to maintain and grow a group of regularly spending accounts through a mix of proactive and reactive activity.
- Upselling wherever possible, to increase average order value.
- Maximising order profit wherever possible, through keeping to higher price levels and selling from stock.
- Ensuring that back-order lines are communicated to clients promptly.
- Listening and looking out for new sites / projects and relaying to Business Development Manager.
- Liaising with Service team to ensure service issues are handled efficiently and systematically.
- Using the website to drive business transactions, educating target clients on how to use website effectively and promoting website wherever possible.
