Facilities Clerk

**JOB PURPOSE**
Providing messenger services and administrative duties as required.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
1. Reception duties when required.
2. Acting as a messenger between branches and departments within the Bank.
3. Acting as a messenger between the Bank and external bodies.
4.Receives, sort and disturbs all incoming mail and packages
5. Maintaining petty cash
6. Minor repair works.
7. Assisting Facilities Officer/Receptionist with stock control and distribution of the stationery.
8. Attending to emergency alarm calls.
9. Assisting Facilities Officer/Receptionist with tasks relating to Health and Safety requirements.
10.Tracking office needs for well working condition and/or arrange for services as needed (, office rooms, kitchens, bathrooms)
11. Delivering other related duties requested by the Line Manager
12. Respond to queries and requests from the business.
To undertake other duties appropriate to the grade and character of the work as may reasonably be required. The list of duties in the job description should not be regarded as exclusive or exhaustive.
**EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE**
1. Written and verbal fluency in English & Turkish.
2. Valid driving licence and a clean record is preferred.
3. Good communication skills.
4. Computer literate.
5. A courteous and approachable manner
6. A responsible, enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible approach to work
