**Job Title: trainee casino dealers/Cashier**

**Location: Leicester Square**

**Contract: Trainee 8 weeks then Perm**

**Salary: £10.40ph and £11.40ph if they needed to do anything from midnight onwards.**

**Once passing probation they will receive the salary increase to £23,400 (hourly and salary will be undergoing an increase soon), tips and £300 extra per month. In essence the salary for a dealer level 1 (when passing training school) will be £27,000pa inclusive with the £300 bonus per month.**

**What the role entails**:
We will train you on compliance with all relevant legislation that is a crucial requirement of the role. Dealers are expected to be knowledgeable about all Safer Gaming and Anti Money laundering requirements once the training has been completed.

You will undertake regular refresher training and will be required to raise any concerns with management when on duty

This position requires working evenings, weekends, and shifts that coincide with a 24/7 trading week so individuals should be flexible in their scheduling.

**What you will be great at**:
Providing all our customers with the highest level of customer service to ensure that the unique Metropolitan Gaming experience is always achieved.

We will train you to be skilled in executing Blackjack, Roulette, Three Card Poker and through further training and where required Texas Hold’em Poker and Punto Banco.

**Requirements for the role**:

- Full time availability only
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Good with numbers
- Flexible with shift patterns (days, evenings, nights and weekends)
