**What we offer**:
Once you have successfully completed and passed your training school to become a qualified casino dealer, you will instantly receive salary + Tips and an additional £300 per month

**What the role entails**:

- We will train you on compliance with all relevant legislation that is a crucial requirement of the role. Dealers are expected to be knowledgeable about all Safer Gaming and Anti Money laundering requirements once the training has been completed.
- You will undertake regular refresher training and will be required to raise any concerns with management when on duty, as per the Metropolitan Gaming SG and AML policies.
- We will train you to be skilled in executing Blackjack, Roulette, Three Card Poker and through further training and where required Texas Hold’em Poker and Punto Banco.

**Please Note: This position requires working evenings, weekends, and shifts that coincide with a 24/7 trading week so individuals should be flexible in their scheduling.**
