**Job Summary**:
Reporting to Quality Manager - CELEROS FLOW TECHNOLOGY, the primary purpose of this role is to perform Goods-in inspection and Certification control of supplier’s documentation.
Work closely with the Quality team in maintaining COTD for all material certifications and goods-in inspection addressing the opportunities of process continuous improvement.

**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Carry out goods-in inspection (visual and basic dimensional).
- Administration, revision, and verification of supplier’s documentation related to the product. Maintaining full component’s traceability through the process. Administration, revision, and validation of Material Certification EN 10204, 2.1, 2.2, 3.1 and 3.2, welding procedures, welding consumables certification and NDT documentation. Book in Material Test Certification using SAP System.
- Work with members of the supply chain, ensuring that the quality of all raw materials, components or sub-assemblies meet the company’s quality standards.
- Maintain and review the inspection records from manufacturing.
- Creating internal paperwork including certificates of conformity, certificate of manufacture, quality, quantity, warranty, hydrotest and other test certificates as per customer’s requirements and product destination.
- Able to understand product drawings.
- Managing own time and time allocation to project.
- Support with Inspection related activities as required.
- Maintenance of daily workload information and weekly reporting of the KPIs.
- Managing Continuous Improvement Projects within the area.
- Develop skills and knowledge to provide coverage for absent departmental colleagues, as required.
- Contribute to team’s effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Inspection experience working in an ISO organisation is essential with ideally regulated industry experience, Oil & Gas, Power Gen or Similar.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong attention to details.
- Casting inspection experience will be beneficial.
- The ability to work on their own initiative.
- A broad knowledge of flow products/system types.
- Technical aptitude and strong technical knowledge
- Able to read and understand drawings. Understand engineering standards and specifications.
- Formal exposure to process improvement methodology
- Ability to build good relationships both internally and externally
- Commercially aware
- SAP experience, although not mandatory as can be trained
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Highly proficient in reading engineering drawings and establishing what is critical/essential versus what is a nice to have working alongside internal stakeholders (production/engineering/supply chain).

**Education and Experience**:

- Possess excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Must be educated to a minimum of GCSE level (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- You must possess a sound engineering background.
- Ability to function within a team, but also self-motivated.
- Ability to make decisions be flexible and use own initiative.
- Basic understanding of engineering terminologies is desirable.
- Ability to work independently on own initiative and to contribute as part of a team.
- Ability to get on well with a wide variety of people
