**Team Leadership**:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of door-to-door sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, share insights, and address challenges.
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance the skills and performance of team members.

**Sales Strategy**:

- Develop and implement effective door-to-door sales strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, adjusting strategies accordingly.

**Performance Monitoring**:

- Track and analyze individual and team performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Provide constructive feedback and implement performance improvement plans as needed.

**Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Participate in the recruitment process by interviewing and selecting new team members.
- Conduct thorough onboarding sessions to ensure new hires are equipped with the knowledge and skills required for success.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain a focus on building positive customer relationships through effective communication and sales practices.
- Address customer concerns and escalations in a timely and professional manner.

**Reporting**:

- Generate regular reports on sales performance, key performance indicators, and other relevant metrics.
- Present reports to upper management and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

**Qualifications**:
**Leadership Skills**:

- Proven experience in leading and managing a successful **door-to-door sales team.**:

- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve and exceed targets.

**Sales Expertise**:

- Demonstrated success in door-to-door sales with a strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.

**Communication Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate goals, expectations, and feedback to team members.

**Results-Driven**:

- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Problem Solving**:

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address challenges and find solutions.

**Education and Experience**:

- Proven experience in door-to-door sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
