**Part-Time Customer Service/Retention Advisor**

**Duties**
- To support the Head of Membership in retaining and recruiting new members by forming strong relationships with existing members.
- Typing of correspondence and providing administrative support.
- Responsible for preparation and mailing membership documentation e.g.
- Membership renewal information.
- Membership invoices
- Retained membership documentation, certificates, window stickers, Primary

Authority information.
- Making and responding to telephone calls from members and potential members.
- To credit control membership subscription through oral and written communication. Confident to chase outstanding membership invoices.
- To accurately maintain all member records and documentation through the company’s Database (ACT) and keeping the member section of the company website updated with all new and existing members.
- To support Office Administrator with Mailchimp, TextLocal and Survey Monkey communications for the membership.
- Assist with Annual Conference administration and attendance.
- General office duties to include tea/coffee making, assisting with direct mail mailouts, answering incoming calls.
- Maintaining a tidy and functional working environment.
- Any other administration duties considered relevant by the Chief Executive Officer.

**Skills**
- Must have confident and strong telephone skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good oral and written communication.
- Accurate typing skills.
- Must be able work as part of a small team.
- Able to take instruction and work effectively to deadlines.
- Proactive in all areas.
- Ability to use multi resource whilst handling enquiries.
- Competent in Word, Outlook and Excel
- All round knowledge of Databases.
- High attention to detail and ability to gather and record information from customers accurately.
- Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative.
- Adaptable to changes in the working environment, targets and products.
- Must be flexible and willing to cover all duties in the event of holidays and sickness.
- There may be a requirement for occasional travel and overnight stays as part of the job role.
