**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Management**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client interactions, ensuring a responsive and personalized experience.
- Coordinate and execute client visits, adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and brand presentation.

**Operations**
- Maintain a real-time overview of all active client orders, ensuring seamless internal communication and timely delivery.
- Oversee incoming packaging details for upcoming orders, and liaise effectively with our production team.

**Industry Insight**
- Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and innovations within the cosmetics industry.
- Periodically develop and present trend analysis reports to inform both team strategy and client decision-making.

**Required Skills**:

- Outstanding communication skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities
- Rigorous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Gmail, Google Docs, Mondays, and other relevant IT platforms

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in cosmetics or skincare
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Experience in premium manufacturing environments

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Market Rasen
