**About the Opportunity**
- We are looking for a Logistics Administrator to join us initially on a part-time basis, 20 hrs a week over 5 days. Your role will be invaluable in the logistics chain by ensuring on-time deliveries and having a strong understanding of the international requirements and customs regulations in line with the company policies and values.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work directly with all internal and external stakeholders to resolve all clearance issues and ensure on-time delivery of global shipments.
- Obtain information necessary for on-time delivery pre-shipment including but not limited to import licences, ship schedules, opening hours and import paperwork.
- Developing a strong understanding of shipping and purchasing roles to provide support during holidays and busy periods.
- Having an understanding of International Trade regulations and terminology relating to exporting and importing goods.
- Understanding customs clearance in different countries.
- Building relationships with international agents and countries.
- Analyse data around delivery trends and customs clearance challenges to report monthly trends and solutions to the Procurement and Logistics Manager.
- Any other reasonable duties as required.
- Experience in a similar role, or a busy administrative position.
- Customer Service experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs would be beneficial (Nav or Office 365).
- Experience with International Trade is desirable but not essential.
- "Can-do" attitude and ability to work on their own as well as part of a team.
- Confident communicator and ability to prioritise.
- Superb organisational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
