Due to rapid and sustained growth across the business, DCB Legal Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our Compliance Team, in the role of Quality Assurance Co-ordinator.

The main purpose of the role is to conduct internal quality assurance audits across DCB Legal’s Pre-Litigation Team Members and Case Managers, to ensure that regulatory and business standards are met. You will provide valuable feedback to both employees and team leaders in order to support individual and business progression. You will support the Quality Assurance Lead with trend analysis and identification of improvement opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities: -**
- Evaluate communication and case handling of DCB Legal's Pre-Litigation Team and Case Management team using an established framework
- Provide comprehensive, balanced and constructive feedback, identifying improvement opportunities
- Effectively communicate audit outcomes and improvement opportunities with team members and business stakeholders both verbally and in writing
- Support with the creation of monthly reporting and trend analysis
- Identify process improvements and training opportunities
- Identify business risks, highlighting and escalating where required and providing suggestions to mitigate

**Experience and Skills Required: -**
- Computer literate
- Possess a positive can-do attitude
- Effective and clear communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Ability to use initiative to drive improvements
- Great team player with the ability to work independently
- Experience within a Quality Assurance or Team Leader/Coach role
