**Not your usual Digital Marketing role..**

Creating one off marketing campaigns to deliver brand recognition or increase customer acquisition is one thing. But being able to influence the direction of your role and our business is another.

We are looking for an individual that can use the tools and data made available to them to research and connect with our audience using the right message on the right channel to meet the growth plans YOU set.

You will work closely with our Digital, Sales, and Customer Support teams to develop communication strategies to be delivered through the most effective channels and maximize the impact of our campaigns across a number of media touch points.

What you would be doing:

- Take ownership of our digital content and marketing strategies
- Responsibility for the content planning, creation, delivery, and execution across our digital marketing channels and social
- Produce/manage the production of brochures and booklets for new products
- Experienced using social media management tools such as SEM Rush, Facebook, Hootsuite or similar
- Testing and optimize our marketing tactics for customer acquisition
- Analyse and report campaign success demonstrating ROI
- Using paid and unpaid digital engagement, generate qualified leads

Why we want to work with you:

- Two to three years experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role in an agency or in-house
- Experienced in using Digital Marketing management and reporting tools
- Experience with the creation of audience and buyer personas including research and identification
- Strong data analytical skills
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Mailchimp as well as the latest software and technology solutions for marketing automation
- Highly organized, proactive and self starter, managing multiple campaigns/projects at once
