**Urinalysis Product Specialist**:

- Your responsibilities- Take responsibility for monitoring the Urinalysis open calls when working on CSC, ensuring calls are updated regularly and followed up appropriately.
- Provide onsite support to customer base within the UK as required.
- To collaborate and communicate with the full customer service team effectively and efficiently.
- Order parts as requested by field service engineers ensuring they are requested before deadlines for next day delivery. Communicate effectively with Aspect if deadlines are missed or parts are unavailable.
- Work with customers and Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) teams to interface Urinalysis solutions to the hospital LIMS.
- Engage in telephone support for site IT related issues and escalate to the appropriate internal IT team as required.
- Support the commercial teams with tender responses providing expert technical responses within the required timeframe.
- Deliver sales presentations as required.
- Administer and deliver customer training courses both online, on-site and at Sysmex House.
- Continually update training course material to reflect new practices.
- Deal with regulatory issues as priority within strict timeframes.
- Communicate and record data as detailed in process.
- Conduct full investigation of incident(s)/IRRAs.

As well as a number of other responsibilities.
- Your profile- BSc (Hons) degree in Biomedical Science or similar
- Greater than 2 years experience in a laboratory environment or agenda for change band >5, ideally within Urinalysis/ Microbiology
- Reading and understanding of scientific and technical documentation
- Good communicator
- Good organisation skills
- Technical and logical problem-solving capability
- Working knowledge of microsoft office

This role is field based Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm.
