Here at DS Smith, we are looking for an experienced GRC Specialist to join our growing IT Security team.

As the I&T GRC Specialist you will be responsible for operating and reporting on the DS Smith governance, management, risk and security control environments for Information and Technology.

You will demonstrate experience in driving continuous improvement and optimisation as we continue to drive standardisation and consistency across our solutions. Managing the performance by collecting, validating and evaluating enterprise and alignment goals and metrics. In conjunction you will monitor the processes and practices against agreed performance and conformance goals and metrics, providing reports when needed.

About you- Experience of successfully discharging GRC duties and responsibilities- Knowledge and practical experience of delivering core GRC services- Knowledge and practical experience of the full breadth of information security and data protection domains- Experience of successfully delivering tasks relating to core GRC disciplines in either BAU or project context- Tertiary academic or vocational qualification in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience/professional accreditations- Experience of working in large, multi-national and cross-functional teams influencing management and stakeholders across the organization
