**Research Recruiter - Hybrid**

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the research function of a prestigious Search Firm due to business expansion. Our client is looking for a first class Researcher to specifically support a variety of projects within a range of high level roles. Therole will report into a Partner and will be based 3 days in the office and 2 to work from home.

Duties Involved:

- Identifying high calibre professionals through networking, referral seeking, using online business tools such as LinkedIn and their internal database.
- Unearthing business leads and market information.
- Strict time management and the ability to prioritise are both key attributes to ensure that you are able to deliver on assignments and tasks.
- Ability to manage the team’s expectations and work with complete transparency.
- Experience of working within recruitment/search desirable BUT NOT essential - previous corporate exposure with plenty of C+ level communication.
- Graduate calibre with positive attitude.
- Highly IT literate.
- Completer/ finisher.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Persistence and tenacity.
- Strong work ethic.
- Self-motivation.
- Strict time management and the ability to prioritise.
- The ability to listen.
- Team player with the ability to work alone.
