**Maintenance Supervisor - Edinburgh**

For our hotels in Edinburgh we are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who feels connected with hospitality and can manage all legal requirements for the assets.

Gross annual salary - £28000

**Principal accountabilities**:

- To be responsible for the complete maintenance in the hotel(s).
- To be responsible for the basic maintenance tasks as:

- Property Audits (6x per year)
- Overlook and support Planned Preventive Maintenance
- Manage meter readings/consumption
- Manage ACOP L8 Compliance / Control of legionella
- Supporting Maintenance Technicians
- Manage Mechanical
- and Electrical installations and equipment
- Manage Fire & Life safety installations and equipment
- Overlook maintenance goods and stock.
- Staff training on maintenance when required
- Manage follow-up repairs, call-outs and services
- Manage PAT testing (training and equipment will be provided)
- Liaison with Hotel manager (captain) and Maintenance Technician in hotels
- Responsibility of managing Seaker (our Health & Safety Platform) folders with the requested documents.
- Liaison with external service contractors for servicing and repairs.
- Flexibility working early and/or late shifts, including weekends and emergencies.
- Use our digital system GXP on for all maintenance work.

**Technical requirements/experience/qualifications**
- Proven track record in hotel maintenance
- Previous proven experience with and understanding of fire alarm system & sprinkler system is a must.
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Certified for Electrical
- or Mechanical Installations in an advantage.
- Must be a good communicator internally and externally.
- Fluent English and excellent written English essential
- Good understanding of IT systems and software
- Willing to travel
