Our client is a small UK office of a large international dental/medical publishing company. They are a friendly team in a pleasant and informal working environment.

Due to continued success, our client is currently looking to recruit a Marketing Executive. You will ultimately take ownership of the entire marketing function, being responsible for the complete marketing mix and budget with occasional work across eventsand B2B sales.

This will become a standalone role requiring you to have a sound marketing background with experience of marketing platforms and the ability to work under pressure in a small team is essential.

**Are you the right person for the job?**
- A degree in marketing OR CIM qualification
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing is desirable but not essential.
- Experience operating within a set of brand guidelines with regards to look, feel, tone and personality of the company's brand
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines and budgets
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with a good attitude for continuous learning
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers and making sense of metrics
- Strategic thinker who can deliver on project goals

**What will your role as a Marketing Executive look like?**
- Developing, implementing, and executing the marketing strategy (B2C and B2B) in line with company objectives
- Responsible for monitoring and evaluating marketing campaigns and launching new books
- Copywriting all marketing communications and working closely with graphic designers to create all print and online communications
- Frequently travelling across the EMEA to promote Quintessence Publishing at events and exhibitions.
- Occasionally you may also be required to identify possible media partnerships, meet authors and negotiate new trade contracts.
- Liaising with all departments to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
- Managing the entire marketing budget
- Updating the company website with engaging information
- Overseeing all UK events
- Organising and attending exhibitions across the EMEA
