As our Debt Recovery Agent, you will play a pivotal role in our Customer Care team. Leveraging your excellent communication skills, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our clients by effectively managing and resolving debt-related issues. Your primary focus will be on optimizing our debt recovery processes and implementing solutions to maximize collection rates.

Key Responsibilities of the Debt Recovery Agent:

- Managing client accounts, meticulously monitoring and ensuring accurate setup and maintenance.
- Collaborating closely with our technical team to identify and resolve any debt-related issues efficiently.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and communicating suggestions to the product and development teams.
- Keeping updated with the latest industry trends, continually expanding your knowledge base, and sharing insights with the team.
- Identifying potential opportunities to upsell products from our diverse portfolio to existing customers.

Qualifications and Experience required for the Debt Recovery Specialist:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, with a proven track record of successfully navigating debt recovery scenarios.
- Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to build strong, professional relationships.
- A proactive mindset, unafraid to undertake calculated risks and implement creative solutions.
- Adaptable team player capable of working independently while maintaining accountability.
