Level 7 Senior Leadership Skills Coach

Full time

Remote

Are you looking to work for an apprenticeship provider that is innovative and passionate and that places high-quality executive coaching at the heart of its values, mission, and purpose?

For 15 years, KnowledgeBrief has offered Leadership and Management training at all levels from first-line team leaders to executive boards. KnowledgeBrief’s highly tailored and flexible learning platform bridges the gap between academic theory and real-world, business-relevant content, all based on a very simple and powerful idea: better management = better results.

KnowledgeBrief is proud to do things differently. We are looking for an individual to join our Skills Coaching team and offer our learners the chance to complete an executive-level apprenticeship that focuses on them as individuals. We know to offer this type of service our coaches cannot do what a typical apprenticeship assessor does. We have taken away from the role to add to it. You will work closely with our onboarding and IAG team, functional skills tutors, the team of assessment specialists, and our leadership team.

KnowledgeBrief is an exciting place to work. A joy of learning is at the heart of our values and philosophy. We aim to inspire and develop our learners and our staff to grow and succeed. You will support learners to access cutting-edge research theory through our bespoke e-learning platform.

You will also be joining a provider that works to do the best for their people. We offer all our staff a Study Day per month, a flexible working model, an excellent annual leave entitlement (plus a full Christmas closure) and the chance to work from home.

We are a fast-paced company working with some of the world’s best-known brands.

This role presents an opportunity to make a difference to the organisation and move it forward significantly by being part of our challenging and ambitious agenda for the future.

- Relevant experience of operating at Senior Level Management w
- L7 Coaching Certificate or Diploma (or be willing to work towards)
- Recognised teaching qualification
- Experience of building and maintaining outstanding relationships between Apprentice, Apprentices managers, and their organisation
