Maintenance Person required at our venue Manor Adventure, Lockerbie Manor, Lockerbie, DG11 2RG

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated person to perform the role of General Maintenance Person with the minimum amount of supervision. This will involve carrying out general building/maintenance tasks to the highest possible standard that have be assigned by the Maintenance Manager.

**You will be responsible for:

- **
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Performing preventative maintenance.
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
- Centre grounds upkeeping.
- Assisting the maintenance manager in the upkeeping of health and safety for the guests and employees around the site.
- Checking for any new reports that may have the need to be urgently fixed.

**What experience do you need?**

Ideally we are looking for someone who is a good all rounder of all aspects of maintenance.
Due to the centre being so large you will need to be a good team player but also capable of working by yourself dependant on the task.

This position is available for an immediate start.

Wage - £10.42 per hour.

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
