Administrative Assistant

The role will be providing administration support to all departments within the business. Key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with students and clients.
- Administrating and invigilating of exams
- General office administration
- General facilities upkeep
- Maintaining our learner management system through data processing, and reporting on data within the system
- Supporting the apprenticeship team with administration such as tracking, database updates, and reporting
- Supporting the tutor team with reports, student tracking and progression
Good IT skills and the ability to learn new software quickly will be key as this role will involve the use of our own systems as well as those of examining and awarding bodies.
**Essential skills/qualifications**
We are looking for a confident, friendly, polite and reliable individual who enjoys dealing with people. They must be customer service focused with an eye for detail and a desire to help give our students and clients the best experience possible.
A good knowledge of standard software packages such as word and excel is important as are general IT skills and the ability to process transactions on a computerised system with both speed and accuracy.
GCSE maths & English at C/4 or above
Experience of working in an office environment is essential but on the job training and support will also be provided due to the specific nature of the industry and the systems we use.
