- Active listening skills to understand individual pupils' needs and concerns
- Empathy and the ability to relate to individuals from diverse backgrounds

- Support, advice and guidance from experienced teaching professionals
- A competitive daily pay rate
- A highly rewarding and fulfilling role, supporting pupils who will really benefit from your support and guidance
- Building a strong network of education professionals across schools in Birmingham
- Opportunities to secure longer-term employment if desired

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others by sharing your knowledge, experience, and support. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build meaningful relationships. If you are passionate about helping others succeed and thrive, we would love for you to join Team Educate in their mission to support schools in the area.
- **What we stand for**:_
- If you know someone who might be interested in joining our ranks, we extend a referral program offering £75 for each successful Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant referral, and £150 for every Supply Teacher referral (terms and conditions apply)._

Pay: £86.00-£95.00 per day

Schedule:
