In this role, you will work closely with our experienced commercial property solicitors, assisting them in the day-to-day progression of files and providing essential office administration support.**_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Manage diaries, handle calls, and perform internal administrative tasks efficiently.
- Assist in the smooth progression of files, ensuring deadlines are met and documents are organized.
- Collaborate with the team, demonstrating a committed and proactive approach to work.
- Exhibit excellent telephone skills, maintaining a professional and courteous manner with clients and colleagues.
- Display effective time management skills, prioritizing tasks and working well under pressure.
- Leverage your experience gained within a property department as a legal assistant or legal secretary.
- Utilize your proven experience working with case management systems such as LEAP or ActionStep.
