Night Porter

Our resort includes 2 4* hotels, over 40 5* self catering lodges and retreats, 3 restaurants, a spa and stunning leisure facilities all set in a beautiful location on the outskirts of Brodick on the Isle of Arran.

We are looking for Night Porter to join our team. We are looking for someone who is confident to work on their own and as part of a team. You must have a strong sense of self motivation and be comfortable with responsibility. As part of this role, you will support the Duty Management team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of team members and guests on the resort and as such experience of Health and Safety and First Aid would be advantageous.

A full manual drivers license is required.

Key Responsibilities
- To provide guest service excellence at all times and interact freely with guest on the resort
- To manage hotel laundry overnight
- To provide overnight support to guests and respond to queries and emergency calls
- To support the on call duty manager with emergency situations
- General duties including cleaning tasks in public areas.
- To support all departments with deliveries, supplies and general tasks
