The Optionis Group is launching its largest ever technology investment programme; we’re looking to move the whole enterprise onto a Salesforce centric architecture. This will be one of the key roles to ensure the success of the programme and will form partof our growing Development Team to build upon our in-house Salesforce capability.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to move into an already established team with the ability to shape and define this role as their own. Taking ownership of day to day BAU activities as well as playing a key rolein our very latest digital transformation strategy programme and to build out our technology roadmap. Working collectively with our current team of Salesforce and Development experts, to ensure that the portfolio platforms within our industry leading businessare operated to the highest of standards.

This new and exciting opportunity, will have responsibility for delivering our technical capability across, Salesforce Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Pardot. Assisting with the release cycle process including the testing of new functionalityand associated changes introduced throughout the entire end to end lifecycle journey.

The role will be to serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator for both our internal colleagues and external clients.

As a Salesforce Administrator you will work alongside our 3rd party supplier experts in delivering the design and development of our future state platform and target operating model.

**Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to**:

- Analysing and defining solutions.
- Make technical recommendations and participate in testing.
- Operate in line with technical design.
- BAU administrative duties and maintenance of the platforms.
- Ensure solutions are performance tuned and meet security standards.
- Provides effective documentation to support installation / operation.
- Cross skill & knowledge transfer with team members on new functionality / solutions.
- Collaborates with the Head of Development and Product Managers across all stages of the project lifecycle.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Experienced Administrator of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Pardot.
- Knowledge of the wider Salesforce portfolio of products and ecosystem.
- Understanding of operating best practices within Salesforce environments.
- Experienced at working with business stakeholders to understand the requirements for Salesforce CRM solutions.
- Demonstrable experience solving technical problems with an inquisitive nature.
- Able to work well with non-technical colleagues and adapt style to understand the issue and recommend the right solution.
