We're looking for a Team Leader to join us at Woolsthorpe Manor.

**Hours**:855 hours per year - to be worked as 22.5 hours per week across 38 weeks (please note the property is closed for 14 weeks in Winter). You'll work 9.30 - 5.30.
This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.
**Salary**:£10.32 per hour
**Duration**:Permanent contract

What it's like to work here:Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll be based at Woolsthorpe Manor, a modest manor in rural Lincolnshire, which is the birthplace of Sir Isaac Newton. In this 17th century manor house visitors can stand in the room where he used a prism to split sunlight into the colours of the rainbow and from the window you can see the apple tree in the orchard, which inspired his theory of gravity. The property operates with a small team where departments work closely together to ensure a great visitor experience.
**You're own transport is essential for this role due to the remote location of Woolsthorpe Manor.

What you'll be doing:With your love of working with people, positive attitude, and desire to provide an excellent service, you’ll welcome and look after every customer who visits our Food and Beverage outlet.
As a Team Leader you'll support the team daily to ensure we are compliant and that every food and drink order is beautifully presented and served with a smile.
Using your excellent attention to detail, you’ll ensure all signage is displayed accurately and the food served, looks delicious.
You'll receive a bespoke induction, allergen/food safety training and the coaching required to fulfil in role. Further professional training & development opportunities are available.
