Bar Supervisor

Alfa Leisureplex Group has an opportunity for a full time Bar Supervisor to join the team at The Seabank Hotel, Porthcawl.

Working Hours

As a full time Bar Supervisor you will work circa 35 - 40 hours per week over with an hourly rate of £10.90.

What is the role:
The main function of this role will be to supervise the effective running of the Hotel Bar. This will include managing the stock levels and making sure the equipment is in good working order. Organising the bar Rota and supervising of bar employees. You will also of course serving drinks and make sure your customers are satisfied. It is important that the bar areas are clean/tidy and secure at all times. This role will include cleaning the public areas once the bar service is closed down. You will also get involved in the entertainment for the guests including bingo, quiz and calling raffles.

Your work shift patterns can be discussed at interview if you are successful in getting through to this stage.
