- Job descriptionAs the business partner, you will work alongside a Police Inspector role (Strategic and Innovation Business Partner) supporting with strands of work for HMICFRS, Force Management Statement, and all the work within the Strategy and Innovation Unit.

**Flexible working**

**Recruitment and Selection Policy**

**Police Barred and Advisory lists**

Individuals placed on the Police Barred and Advisory lists will not be considered for employment by the police for a minimum of 5 years from the date of listing in the case of gross misconduct, or 3 years from the date of listing in the case of poor performance.
